I couldn't get insurance because ONE ridge shingle was missing on my roof, and I couldn't get any company to help me out and replace one shingle for under $500. It's ten minutes of work, if that. Next Level Roofers came out the next day (and they aren't even that close to where we live) and fixed the missing shingle, and let's just say, they could have charged me a lot, but they didn't. I have used them in the past for a total roof replacement and they did really high quality work and they did it quick, no nails lying around the house, and there were zero issues from start to finish. And they are very competitive in their pricing on roof replacements. They are trustworthy, reliable, and very good at what they do. On top of that, they really are very nice people who are a pleasure to speak with. I don't ever write reviews, but these people made me want to do so. That says something.

The dumpsters came in, the next day the crew arrived early and had the roof almost finished in one day. Rain did not let them finish it all on time. Next day the job was finished and even the driver for the dumpsters thanked everyone for the cleanliness and neatness to the way the dumpster was filled. I thought that was great.
Dale, Bryce and Reed were also very informative, polite, respectful and approachable.
The entire crew on the roof was extremely hard workers, proud of their jobs and ready to get the job done.

We had an American Flag at our home that was looking quite weathered. Their team took it upon themselfs to go out, buy a new flag for us and replace it! It’s hard to find a company willing to go to those lengths to ensure they are providing the highest level of service.
After our roof was completed their clean up process was unbelievably detailed. They combed our yard multi times to ensure every last nail and piece of trace to no where to be seen. I have still yet to find a stray nail.

After a recent hailstorm with golf ball sized hail, I knew my roof was damaged because my cars were damaged as well. I immediately contacted Gregg Bovich the owner of Next Level Roofers. The first day of roof installation I was out of town and returned home the next day, to my surprise the roof was completed with a little clean left. They did a supper job, replacing bad wood, carefully removing security wires, replacing the roof, and cleaning up. There were no surprises. Had I not returned as they were finalizing the clean-up, I would not have been able to tell they were ever there, other than the beautiful roof. I am 100% satisfied! The quote I received was below all other bidders. After doing some due-diligence by checking references and seeing some of their work, I signed a contract. They did not disappoint. Everyone in the company, office staff Helen & Denise, along with project managers Dale & Bryce were very responsive and timely. Sergio, who had amazing carpentry skills, led the roofing team who came in and completed the entire job in two-days. This includes two repairs on leaks over my garage.
